Losing centre-back Thiago Silva would be a huge blow, so the centre-back is sure to be high on the list of transfer target candidates. It is also likely that at least one winger will join the club this summer, providing competition for a wing spot.
Chelsea may only have two or three players left to compete with Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool for the title next season. The board will likely find the funds needed to sign that player.
The 2024/25 Premier League begins on August 17 and Chelsea will find out their opening opponents when the fixture list is released on June 18.
