The season of gratitude has arrived. But I would argue that maintaining an attitude of gratitude is healthy all year long. We’ve heard the research, and we know the benefits of gratitude. But how do we utilize it every day? It’s easy to get lost in to-do lists and worries. Regardless of my best intentions, practicing gratitude is not at the top of my list. But little by little, with the power of habit building, I tend to open my diary most mornings. And bringing up a gratitude journaling prompt is the quickest way to get me into the mindset I’m after. It is a mindset that makes the ordinary beautiful and gives us a true sense of gratitude for this little life.

One thing that has changed my perspective recently is people About things.
