Aryna Sabalenka finally US Open Champion. The 26-year-old, who finished runner-up to Coco Gauff at the 2023 US Open, won the women’s final on Saturday, beating American Jessica Pegula 7-5, 7-5 in straight sets.

The win is Sabalenka’s first US Open title and third singles Grand Slam title, adding her to the 2023 and 2024 Australian Opens.

According to ESPN, the world No. 2 is the first woman to win the U.S. Open after losing in the final the previous year, and just the fifth woman to win the Australian Open and U.S. Open in the same year since 1988.

Understandably, Sabalenka’s post-match celebration was emotional. Here are eight photos of her celebrating her recent Grand Slam win.
