DARIA SAVILLE and Maya Joint started a campaign in Mexico Merida, and booked a single anchor at the main draw of the WTA 500 event.

Matthew Hulme: The 26-year-old Kiwi James Watt took the fourth seed hsu Yu Hsiou and Huang tsung-ha to claim the Bernie M25 ITF event. Unsid duo did not drop the set on the way to the first title. Victory was atonement for sliding 3 points in the Brisbane 2 challenger earlier this month.
