Beef Stroganoff is derived from Beef Stroganov and is traditionally made of mustard and sour cream, but this beef stroganoff recipe will consider the midwest version. For me, it turned like a stew and a soft steak piece. You can also provide this dish on rice or crushed potatoes, but in my house, it’s an egg.

Steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Cut into small cubes and remove large pieces of fat. Cut Charlotte into a very small piece like garlic.
Boil the water and add salt. If you are ready, you can cook egg noodles according to the package instructions and drain when you are completed.

- If you want the mixture to be thicker than the stew while using the entire can of beef broth, you can use half of the can.
- I don’t already add mushrooms other than the compression soup, but if you like a lot of mushrooms in beef straws, you can use buttons, Portobelo or Cremini mushrooms to cook in a pan with butter and Charlotte before the steak.
- I always offer this on the egg noodles, but other noodles like Penne will work well. Other options include urine key, mashed potatoes or rice.
- If you have the remaining food, keep the beef stew separately from the noodles or provide something else. Store for up to 3 days in the airtight container of the refrigerator. Follow it with a microwave or stove top.
