I installed every case that came into my office on a Galaxy S24 or Galaxy S24 Ultra. First, check that all ports, speaker, and microphone holes are visible and not blocked by the case. Then check that the button is not stiff. Test your phone’s wireless charging functionality to see if the case is causing the issue, and make sure the edges of the screen are raised enough so that the display doesn’t touch the surface when the phone is laid flat.
