Billie Jean King Cup Finals moved in China in September

The finals of Billie Jean King Cup were delivered from two to September.

The new September 16-21 schedule in Shenzhen, China, is better consistent with the best female tennis player, the organizer said. Shenzhen hosts the finals every year by 2027.

After the US Open ends on September 7, the WTA Tour will move from Beijing to Asia for China Open from September 24. The tour remains in China for the opening of Wuhan in China, and other WTA tournaments are held in Asia in Seoul, Hong Kong, Osaka, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Tokyo, and Yugi.

Billie Jean King Cup Defending Champion Italy and Host China will come to the 8 team lineup. Italy won 12 tournaments in Malaga, Spain in November.

Other finalists will be the winners of six qualifiers in Australia, the Czech Republic, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland and Slovakia.
