Bloody Caesar (also known as Caesar Drink) is a variation of the classic Bloody Mary using Clamato juice instead of tomato juice. This popular drink in Canada is made with Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and prepared horseradish. Half the fun is garnishing the drink, so enjoy it.

Bloody Caesar Ingredients
- vodka – Choose high-quality unflavored vodka.
- Clamato juice – The best thing about this recipe is that it uses clamato juice instead of tomato juice.
- Worcestershire sauce – A flavorful sauce often used in grilling or Bloody Mary recipes.
- Hot sauce – Something like Tabasco sauce, cholula or tapioca.
- onion – Choose prepared onions, not onion sauce.
- decoration – Bloody Caesar is all about the garnish. You can mix and match ideas. Some of our favorites include fresh celery stalks, tomatoes, pickle spears, green olives, lime wedges, jalapeno slices, asparagus, cocktail onions, or fresh rosemary or cilantro. You can also include items like cheese, salami, or shrimp. The more, the merrier!
