The San Francisco 49ers haven’t had their best performance this season.

Of course, many of them were injury-related.

They lost several of their best players, some of whom have not played this season.

Notably, this includes Brandon Aiyuk, who was soon injured after months of at odds with the organization trying to get a big-money deal done.

Despite this, Aiyuk remained close to his team and the football scene.

That’s why he called out teammate and quarterback Brock Purdy after the Arizona State Sun Devils defeated Purdy’s Iowa State Cyclones in Saturday’s Big 12 Championship Game (via Our SF 49ers).

Aiyuk taunted the quarterback after the win and will have bragging rights on him until further notice.

He will have to wait until next season to get back on the field.

There has been some rumor about Purdy’s future as the team’s quarterback.

Like some of his teammates, he has struggled with injuries this season, although some have claimed that being benched also affected his performances.

Purdy has been the best quarterback the last few years, but some still doubt he’s what they need to lead them to a Super Bowl title.

He had a lot to regret when his star players got hurt.

With a big contract extension coming up and the Niners getting older and more expensive, they’re going to have to be 100% sure they want him long-term.
