Apple’s Black Friday discounts are in full swing. If you’ve been thinking about buying a new iPad, now is your chance to get it at a discounted price. The 10th generation iPad is currently selling for $259 on Amazon, which is $70 less than its usual price. Several color options have additional coupons that bring the final price down to $250. Even though Apple released the tablet in 2022, it’s still the best budget iPad option for 2024.
The 10th generation iPad is slightly thicker and heavier than the iPad Air. It also looks similar to the iPad Air. The tablet no longer has a home button like its predecessor and has a larger screen with smaller bezels.

The device is powered by Apple’s A14 Bionic chip, which debuted in the iPhone 12, and when we tested the tablet it was powerful enough to edit RAW photos in Lightroom. Battery life tests showed that the model can play movies continuously for 11 hours and 45 minutes on a single charge.
Unlike previous models that had a Lightning port, this one comes with a USB-C port for charging. Apple has also moved the front camera to the horizontal edge. It offers a larger display of 10.9 inches, so even if you use a lot of apps, you won’t feel as stuffy as the previous model. The iPad Air has a better display overall thanks to lamination and anti-reflective coating, but the 10th-generation iPad isn’t bad at all, especially since it’s much cheaper with this sale.
