This graph shows the number of weekly (column) deaths reported.

We met our original goal of taking down the weekly death count, but we are continuing to publish it now that the death toll has again exceeded our goal.

The weekly death toll is nearly four times higher than the low of 302 in early June, but is now decreasing and is likely to continue to decline based on wastewater sampling.

COVID-19 wastewaterThis appears to be a key indicator for COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths.

COVID-19 (COVID) levels in wastewater are decreasing, suggesting weekly deaths will continue to decline.
