TMZ obtained a roughly three-minute phone call from the Twin Peaks manager. Brendan Nash To the 911 operator… It begins with Nash calling for police help while also repeatedly telling someone (presumably Chase) not to touch him.
Nash also called 911 saying an “aggressive” man had assaulted him with a chair and that he wanted police to remove the man from the bar. He described the suspect as a white male in his early 30s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and noted that he had a “literally drunk” driver with him.
Moments later, Nash informs the operator that the suspect had just hit him. And you can actually hear the slap right before he reports it.
TMZ broke the story… Chase was identified as the suspect. Monday and assaulted Nash at the Twin Peaks bar in Atlanta, according to a police report. In the report, Nash claimed Chase punched him in the face twice but left him uninjured.
Police say Chase has not been arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
