If you like crispy bacon or pork peel, try this Chicharrón recipe! Chicharrones is an appetizer or snack made of crispy pork boats. Like a thick cut bacon, you can roast at the top of the stove or bend in the oven. I have a much easier oven method and a crispy and salty dish! You can enjoy Chicharrones on your own with a little fresh lime juice or use it for pasta, salad, rice cuisine or ramen chopped other recipes.
