Chelsea Clinton is reportedly seeking the ambassadorship to Britain or France if Kamala Harris wins the presidential election.
Several sources told the New York Post about the matter, saying the Clintons I’ve been working on this plan For quite a long time.
“Chelsea really wants to be the British ambassador,” a source said. “There’s a reason Bill and Hillary came out in the first five minutes to support Kamala’s candidacy. They were asking for a favor.”
According to the same source, Chelsea is open to serving as ambassador to France, while other sources have said she is open to working in other countries as well.
A second source claimed: “We have heard for some time that Chelsea have been interested in the ambassadorial post.”

Chelsea Clinton’s Ambassadorial Appointment in the Works?
Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were among the first to endorse Harris after Joe Biden dropped out of the re-election race, in stark contrast to former President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama.
“We are honored to endorse Vice President Harris alongside the President and will do everything we can to support her,” the Clintons said in a statement. Statement posted on X.
“Now is the time to support Kamala Harris and fight with everything we have to get her elected.”
Some have suggested that Biden and Clinton would be quick to endorse Harris. It was an attempt by force Obama’s hand. Now sources believe there may have been a more insidious reason for Clinton’s support.

Is that possible?
A longtime British embassy official said Chelsea Clinton’s youth, inexperience and lack of reputation as a fundraiser made it unlikely she would be nominated to be ambassador to Britain.
“It’s easy to imagine that Chelsea would aspire to be a British ambassador, even though she’s still quite young. London is usually where she goes for big donor events and fundraisers,” they told the Post.
The first source was a bit more direct.
“Of course, it’s a fantasy land,” they said.
The Post reported that sources suggested Chelsea Clinton might be a more appropriate choice for the ambassadorship in South Africa.
“She cares deeply about public health. South Africa is a well-known and sought-after place,” they said.
A better scenario would be Chelsea Clinton serving as ambassador to Haiti.
