High Protein Cottage Cheese Queso
Servings: 2
ingredient:
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ½ cup colby cheese
- ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese

- In a food processor or blender, add cottage cheese, taco seasoning, Colby cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Process until smooth and evenly combined.
- Remove the mixture from the food processor or blender and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until hot and melted. Serve with your choice of tortilla chips and enjoy!
