David Eason was arrested.
yes, again.
According to Ashley’s Reality Roundup, a website that’s always well-versed in all things Teen Mom, Jenelle Evans’ estranged and often abusive husband. last weekend in jail.
Eason was reportedly taken into custody on Friday for allegedly violating a domestic violence restraining order placed against him by Evans. David is also Charged with trespassing.
Both charges are misdemeanors.
They are related to previously reported incidents. Last October, Eason was captured on security cameras breaking into a property he previously shared with Evans in North Carolina.
David, his errant girlfriend (Kenleigh Heatwole) and several other individuals attempted to break through the gate at the time and steal various tools, equipment and cars from The Land.
Eason is not permitted on this property as a result of the aforementioned protection order and was actually escorted by police during the alleged break-in. The officer said he was present to supervise Eason while he retrieved items from the warehouse.
“Deputies met with the group and authorized them to use a SawZall tool to cut the locks on a gate leading to the North Carolina property,” a local source told The Ashley last month.
“Deputies thought David had permission to ride ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, etc., but he did not.”
The County Clerk of Court confirmed that Eason was arrested by the Pender County Sheriff’s Office on November 8 and was released on November 10 on a $1,000 bond set by a magistrate to cover both charges noted above.
Evans and Eason, who share a biological daughter together, separated in March after years of bickering as husband and wife.
The latest drama between the spouses (apart from this arrest) has focused on the troubling allegations Evans has made against her ex.
Testifying at a recent divorce hearing, Evans said that at some point in the past she came across material related to “sexual exploitation of minors” on David’s cell phone.
She did not elaborate. In this case we will not get involved in other details.
But Evans accuses Eason of being unfit to be with her child, Ensley, and asks that he be kept away from her until he undergoes a “psychological evaluation.”
Evans went on to say that when he made this discovery, he filed a police report. And on social media, the Teen Mom 2 alum wrote that she reported her alleged findings to “the police, the FBI and the custody court.”
It’s impossible to say what kind of investigation is currently underway regarding this potentially ugly matter.
All we know right now is that Jenelle’s protective order expires next month and Eason is scheduled to appear in court next month to answer to these new criminal charges.
