The Steelers looked to have some team bonding today ahead of their Week 14 game against the Cleveland Browns. From OLB Nick Herbig’s Instagram StoryAfter beating Patrick Queen in a Connect Four game, he posted a video with the caption: “The next day I’m still undefeated.”
It’s great to see the Steelers defense coming together and engaging in friendly competition, but they need to be ready to play the Browns tomorrow. Herbig boomed at Connect Four and now he has to do it on the field.
Rizzler calls out Steelers.
If you haven’t heard of it yet, it’s viral sensation The Rizzler. Drop a new Christmas songAnd in it, he shouts out Terry Bradshaw and the Steelers.
“All I have to do is flex my chin and I can steal her like Terry Bradshaw.”
The entire passage is frankly rather difficult. It’s already all over my TikTok, so if you fall into a certain demographic, it won’t be the last you hear about it. In case you’re not familiar, The Rizzler gained popularity on TikTok, specifically through his collaboration with the Costco Guys. Maybe he’ll tune in to Steelers-Browns tomorrow.
Former Steelers Promotion
The Carolina Panthers promoted two former Steelers from the practice squad to the active roster, calling up LB Jacoby Windmon and WR Dan Chisena. Team announcement today.
Windmon signed with the Steelers after the 2024 NFL Draft as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan and has been with the team throughout training camp and the preseason. Windmon appeared in three games with Carolina this season, recording two total tackles.
Chisena played in two games for the Panthers this season. He spent time with the Steelers during the 2023 offseason, signing with the team after a brief stint with the Vikings. He played in four games for the Arizona Cardinals last season. The pair will look to help Carolina get a win against the Steelers’ Week 15 opponent in the Philadelphia Eagles.
