Diddy reportedly used more direct force against his victims during Freak Offs. The indictment lists physical violence that included “hitting, kicking, throwing objects at the victim, and at times pulling her by the hair.” Coupled with the financial and emotional manipulation described by the victims, they reported feeling they could not safely reject Combs.

It is known that additional manipulation and threats were made after the incident to prevent the victims from speaking out. Diddy is accused of using his Freak Offs recordings to silence victims and threatening to release videos of them in sexual situations. Additional personal control was imposed on victims, including tracking their location, observing their medical records, and directing their choice of clothing.

Diddy was also accused of transporting sex workers across states and borders for Freak Offs. Both male and female sex workers were hired for this event, and their actions were under Combs’ direction. Transporting these sex workers between states can have serious implications for his or her legal case.
