Easy Chicken Pahita -Beautiful Confusion

MONews
7 Min Read

If you want a fast, easy and healthy dinner option, you need to make this easy chicken pahita. They can provide services within 30 minutes with four materials (salsa, tortila, etc.) and offer supplies. I like to offer this chicken pahita over rice for an easy rice bowl situation.

When I think of FAJITAS, I can’t help with the Zizzle Hot Plate delivered to our table at a Mexican or Tex-Mex style restaurant. The traditional Pahita was originally made of skirt steak, where it is a place where it is. FAJITAS is translated into a skirt steak or a “small chassis” or “small belt” referring to meat, bell peppers and onions. Most often in my house we use chicken.

Easy Chicken Pahita -Beautiful Confusion

ingredient

  • Chicken breasts
  • Bell Peppers -I like to use three different colors.
  • Onion -I use white, but yellow or red onions work well.
  • Pajita seasoning
  • oil

For serving, I usually include flour corn or rice, as well as salsa, picodedalo, avocados sauce, sour cream and crushed cheese.

How to make Pahita

First, cut the bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Put it in a bowl and throw it in 1/3 of the FAJITA seasoning.

Cut the chicken with a thin strip. Put it in a bowl and throw it into the rest of the FAJITA seasoning.

Add a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the bell peppers and onions until the middle/high heat fan is softened. Do not stir or interfere to develop some solid bits here and there. Then it takes about 3 minutes to remove it from the pan.

Now add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes on both sides for about 8-10 minutes until the pieces are ripe. Use the meat thermometer in the thickest pieces to make sure that the internal temperature has reached 160 ° F. If you don’t have a meat thermometer, you can see the chicken by opening the largest and thickest piece and cooking chicken.

When the chicken is over, the peppers and onions are put back in the pan to make everything warm. Please come with your favorite accompaniment.

Tip and Notes

  • I like to use olive oil in most of them, but all cooking oil works well here.
  • You can exchange chicken with steak. The steak does not have to cook as thoroughly as chicken, so you can reduce the cooking time by a few minutes.
  • FAJITAS is a day created by the IMO. However, the remaining food can be stored for at least two days in the sealed container of the refrigerator. Follow the stove top or in the microwave.
