Tostadas is a simple and customized meal from Mexico. How to make tostada shells

PAN FRYING Corn Corn You can create your own tostada shell with corn. Add enough vegetable oil or canola oil to a frying pan to cover or soak corn. Heat in medium/high fever until the oil is hot. Then add the shell and fry for 1-2 minutes. Use the tongs to flip it and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove it with a paper towel so that the extra oil falls off. Repeat the shell as needed.

If you want a tostada peel to be slightly shaped like a bowl, tie it on a bowl of paper towels and then remove the shell from the oil. The fried peel is dried over a bowl and takes this shape.

How to create tostadas

Tip and Notes

  • Quesadilla sauce = 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. If you want to add heat, I’ll sprinkle some Cayenne.
