Cucumber salad

ingredient:
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ¼ cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- a pinch of salt

- Try slicing British cucumbers using a mandolin slicer.
- Place the cucumbers in a large, lidded storage container or jar. (Make sure the container has an attachable lid!)
- Chop the red onion and garlic and place in a container with the rest of the ingredients.
