The House of Representatives recently hit an impasse when Speaker Mike Johnson’s spending bill was defeated due to fierce opposition from President Donald Trump, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk and other influential Republicans.
As expected, the extreme left wing of the Democratic Party exploded with anger.
Among the loudest voices of discontent was Florida Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who was elected in 2022 as one of the youngest and most progressive members of Congress.
Frost went on a tirade against Musk on social media, accusing him of exerting undue influence on Republican lawmakers.
“An unelected billionaire was elected co-president by the Republican Party,” he wrote.
“They influenced him to make a damn post shaming the spending bill because House Republicans are afraid of him. There is no greater example of oligarchy. “It’s a place where super rich people put on a show.”

He didn’t stop there. The unhinged left has doubled down on Musk, accusing him of empowering the wealthy at the expense of working people.
“And likewise, Republican Co-President Elon Musk on Friday killed a bill aimed at preventing a government shutdown,” he wrote.
“All he had to do was make a few posts on social media. “Trump said he would empower working people, and all he did was empower the ultra-rich.”

However, Musk did not take Frost’s remarks literally. Musk responded with a poignant reply: “He was upset that he didn’t get a 40% raise to $250,000 a year. “Empathy for working people” Oh my.
The people of central Florida will kick this idiot out in two years.

Frost, clearly annoyed, retorted: “Elon was upset that the site was worth 80% less than when he bought it. ‘Great businessman’ you damn bastard.”

Not satisfied with just one jab, Musk warned: “The people of central Florida will kick this idiot out in two years.”
Frost, full of his usual bravado, mocked Musk and replied: “Okay, Elon… “But people in Central Florida don’t really like corrupt rich people.”
Okay, Elon here is the candidate form for you to run against me. But Central Floridians don’t really like corrupt rich people. https://t.co/atZqXPGq05 pic.twitter.com/gBGCaNcZqA

Frost’s collapse is emblematic of a broader trend among left-wing politicians: a tendency to show off and virtue-signal while ignoring the real issues that affect voters.
The central Florida district Frost represents has been plagued by allegations of election fraud, thanks to whistleblowers like Cynthia Harris, a former Orange County commissioner candidate.
Harris exposed a sophisticated ballot harvesting operation in Orlando’s African-American community that was funded by liberal groups and paid activists $10 per ballot.
Voter’s Voice Reported in 2022:
Former Orange County Commissioner candidate Cynthia Harris sued the Secretary of State’s Office in late August, alleging that illegal practices to collect third-party ballots have been going on for years in the Orlando area, with voting activists being paid $10 per ballot. An affidavit was submitted to . collect.
She described a complex system funded by progressive-leaning organizations that sends vote brokers into black communities to pressure voters to overturn their ballots. A fee of $10 per ballot is split among the parties who helped complete the harvest.
In Florida, it is illegal for third parties to collect and deliver ballots.
The newly created Office of Election Crimes and Security conducted a preliminary investigation into Harris’ claims and concluded there was enough evidence to warrant a full criminal investigation by state police, Florida’s Just The News reported Wednesday. (Just the News)
