ESPEN A feature called On the app and website. This guide lists all the sporting events on that date and where you can watch them, if you so choose. This resource covers not only ESPN’s own channels, but also broadcast, cable, and regional sports networks and streaming services. Users can prioritize their favorite leagues and teams to see details about those games up front. Verified pay TV customers or ESPN+ subscribers can click to watch live events on ESPN network streams or selected partner networks.

This isn’t the first time ESPN has come up with this idea. In fact, you can already find a comprehensive list of all types of sports on their Sports page. . But the fact that it’s such a useful tool is a sign of how complicated it can be to watch a particular game. Sports leagues are spread across multiple rights deals, so a game might be on one media platform one day and on a completely different media platform the next. For example, games will be broadcast primarily on ESPN for the next few years, except when they’re on NBC and Peacock. And when they’re on Prime Video. Resources like Just Watch or ESPN’s Where to Watch can provide information, but they don’t reduce the cost of becoming a loyal viewer.

If that weren’t enough, there’s also a new sports-focused streaming option coming from ESPN. The Disney-owned company plans to offer it next year and is also a partner in the proposed sports streaming package (though).
