Neil, selected by Atlanta Falcon in 2016, quickly established himself as a defensive cornerstone.
His influence was immediate and important, and he had more than 100 tackles in the first two seasons and secured a professional ball in 2017.
Neil’s defensive ability turned out to be decisive in Falcon’s Super Bowl running, and he accumulated 30 tackles throughout the playoffs.
But the way forward was not smooth. Injuries have bothered NEAL’s next two seasons and limited him to four games.
Despite returning to full health in the last year with Atlanta, a significant free agency proposal was ambiguous.
His journey continued with Dallas Cowboys in 2021, and he turned to the middle line backer for a while before he found a way for Tampa Bay Pirates in 2022.
Neil’s last NFL chapter developed a two -year contract with Pittsburgh Steelers.
He quickly became the essential part of the second round, gaining eight starts and contributing 50 tackles with blocking.
Unfortunately, the season was suspended due to ribs injuries and eventually released in March.
After the free agency failed in 2024, NEAL decided to get out of the game.
