Former NFL Tight End Don Hasselbeck dies at age 70.

Former NFL Tight End Don Hasselbeck has been a nine -year career and died on Monday, the father of the NFL quarterback. He was 70 years old.

Matt Hasselbeck said his father died after entering a heart attack at home.

“He was a great husband, father, grandfather, friend, coach, player, colleague, artist, mentor and storyteller.” I wrote it on social media. “Despite being all Americans in Colorado and Super Bowl champions with RAIDERS, what we are most proud of is the leader for our family.”

Hasselbeck Elder has drafted in the second round by the New England patriots in 1977 after a noticeable university career in Colorado. He spent six seasons with patriots and led the team with 46 yards, 808 yards and six touchdowns in 1981.

He was dealt with Los Angeles Raders in early 1983 and helped the team won the Super Bowl. He had two TD catches in RAIDERS’s regular season, and 6 feet -7 Hasselbeck prevented additional points in the 38-9 Super BOWL victory with Washington.

HASSELBECK spent the next season with the New York Giants, took the TD in the playoff victory with the San Francisco 49ers, and finished his career at the Minnesota Viking in 1985.

HASSELBECK scored 107 catches and 18 touchdowns in 1,542 yards in 123 regular season games.

Two of the sons of Hasselbeck continued their quarterback in the NFL, and MATT started the Super Bowl of Seattle Seahoks since the 2005 season, and most of ESPN’s analyst TIM played backup.
