One of the Island Boys attempted to pass himself off as his twin brother while being arrested for reckless driving a few weeks ago. Anyway, the police laid it all out in their report.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, the officers Frankie Venegas Driving at high speeds in a yellow Corvette Stingray on May 24 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Police allege they received a call about a yellow Corvette and another gray vehicle nearby with several people armed with guns after seeing Venegas speeding into the parking lot.
Officers said they activated their emergency lights, swarmed, and made contact with Venegas. Venegas identified himself as “Alex.” of course, Alex Frank’s twin brother and the other half of the Island Boys.
Police say a quick background check determined this information was false and they later found his state ID and confirmed he was Franky (aka Kodiyakredd).
Police said a background check revealed Venegas was driving without a valid driver’s license. arrested and taken away He was taken to the Broward County Jail at the scene and charged with driving without a valid license, presenting false identification and reckless driving.
He was later released on May 25.
