Marshmallo is always very popular in our home. A few years ago I made a default marshmallow recipe (with optional probiotics!) And some spin off there. This rose marshmallow version is characterized by heart -supporting hubs such as roses and hibiscus petals and is naturally sweet with honey.

Marshmalo is probably not the first idea of heart health. We limit sweets, but my rules are that there must be nutritious for any dessert. My original version includes actual marshmallows and probiotics for intestinal health. I also created Elderberry Marshmallows and Matchal Marshmallows as a beneficial hub.
I wanted to do something fun for Valentine’s Day and I wanted to come to mind a heart support herb! Still, you don’t have to save them for Valentine’s Day. They are treated with great hospitality all year round.
Rose petal benefits
Most of us envision a bouquet of roses in special cases, but they are more than beautiful flowers. Rose petals have a lovely flower taste and smell. You can make roses, hydrozole, rose tea and other edible items with roses.
Rose is especially famous for its ability to emotionally support the heart of sorrow and heart. Traditionally used to help trauma, depression and overwhelming. Hibiscus Rose Marmallo

Pour boiling water on the herb and cover with a steep cover for 10 minutes. Presses all liquids from herbs and pour 1/2 cup of herbal tea into a separate bowl or stand mixer.

Cool your car for a few minutes and sprinkle gelatin on a warm car to avoid it for a few minutes. Stir with gelatin and tea mixtures.

Put the remaining ½ cup herb tea in a pot with honey. If necessary, add more water to make 1/2 cup. Boil in the middle heat and boil for 7-8 minutes and stir constantly. Honey is a bit dark, but do not burn very dark and burn.

Turn on the stand mixer or use a hand mixer in a tea/gelatin mixture. Pour the car/honey syrup while mixing low.

When the honey mixture is added, turn the mixer to height and stir until 5-12 minutes or until the stiff cream is formed. If you use it, add natural food dyes. It is necessary to form a soft peak like marshmallow cream. It can not be over mixed or it can be too hard.

Tips to make hibiscus rosemarksmelo
It may sound threatening at first, but the process is actually simple! I first injected a strong herb, then put the gelatin in half of the herb tea and boil the other half with honey on the stove. Add two mixtures together and add a whip!
Hibiscus naturally has a vivid red color, but once honey is cooked and darker, the color is not noticeable. If you don’t want white marshmallows, you can add natural red food dyes to pink shades. I used 50 drops of natural food pigments with very subtle pink. It’s not as strong as the red dye #40, but it’s okay.
When the marshmallow is dried and cut, it is not attached to each other. You can use organic powder sugar or arrowhead powder. I mixed the extra roses, hibiscus petals and arrow roots with my coffee grinder.
save: This marshmallow lasts about 2-3 weeks at room temperature. Do not store it in the refrigerator when it is too sticky and melted in the refrigerator.
