- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
For Hot Honey Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. Hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter

- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed cornflakes, flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Beat the eggs in another shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, ensuring it is completely coated.
- Transfer the egg-coated chicken to the cornflake mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the coating adheres. Make sure each part is completely coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry chicken bites for 10-12 minutes, turning, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. (Internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C.)
