Disneyland and Deadpool. Yes, you read that right! Wade Wilson has found his way to the Mouse House and Avengers Campus to do something nice for the usually very bad Marvel Comics superhero. Starting today, you can meet him at Disney California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort. He’s riding with Wolverine to keep Deadpool in check.
Disney shared more about it: Deadpool and Wolverine Sacrifice In honor of the latest Marvel movie hitting theaters this week, limited-time interactions with Deadpool at Disneyland include “Storytime with Deadpool,” where the mouthy mercenary will use that mouth to tell “family-friendly stories” that “entertain, captivate, and inspire in a way only Deadpool can.” In other words, don’t expect Wade’s typical twisted tongue at the park. Wolverine will also be joining the show, as seen in a short clip from today’s show.

I won’t lie, that Splash Mountain gag was pretty good at least! It’s a fun way to bring in Deadpool’s meta humor. In addition to “Story Time,” Deadpool interacts with the crowd throughout Avengers Campus, and also appears in various shows, including “Avengers Assemble!” and “Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance Off!”, as he tries to join various Marvel teams.
Beyond Deadpool and Wolverine, it wouldn’t be Disney without food. It’s Chimichanga! Check out the new addition to Pym’s Test Kitchen. This massive creation even has Wolverine’s claw marks on it.
Deadpool and Wolverine will make a limited-time appearance at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure, so if you want to see Marvel’s latest movie heroes up close and personal, you’ll need to head to the park soon.
