Tomorrowland is not just a music festival. It is an emotion. It is a movement. It is like my wedding day. Tomorrowland is without a doubt the best music festival in the world. However, it is very difficult to get tickets to this festival. Tomorrowland 2019 tickets are sold out in minutes. I have been lucky enough to go to this festival 4 times and I want to share with you how to get tickets to Tomorrowland. Here is a comprehensive guide on how to get to Tomorrowland.
If you don’t know, Tomorrowland is the world’s largest electronic dance music festival. It features the best DJs, incredible decorations, mesmerizing fireworks, and people from over 200 countries doing amazing things to celebrate life. Every year, people from all over the world sign up for Tomorrowland tickets and are glued to their computer screens to attend one of the world’s most coveted festivals. Getting there is expensive. You can see an overview of prices in our guide: How much does Tomorrowland cost? Tomorrowland takes place in the De Schorre area, about 30 minutes from Brussels, in the aptly named Boom, Belgium.
When is Tomorrowland 2024?
Tomorrowland will be held over two weekends in 2024, the last two weekends in July, July 19-21 and July 26-28. The Gathering, a pre-festival event for campers in Dreamville, will be held the second weekend, the Thursday before, July 18 and July 25.
This year, Tomorrowland celebrates its 15th anniversary!
Where is Tomorrowland?
Tomorrowland takes place in Boom, Belgium. This small town transforms into a party scene. Normally a quiet town, during the festival, they hang Tomorrowland flags in their windows. You can get to the festival by bus. There are buses that run through several nearby towns and take you directly to the festival. You can also take a taxi or drive to the festival.
When do Tomorrowland tickets go on sale?
There are a few different sales for Tomorrowland tickets. The WorldWide presale will take place on January 27, 2024 at 17:00 CET (5pm CET). This is the first opportunity to purchase Tomorrowland tickets, the Full Madness Pass and the DreamVille package. The Worldwide Ticket sale will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 17:00 CET (5pm CET).

Additionally, for those of you who live in Belgium, there will be a Belgian pre-sale ahead of the worldwide pre-sale.
Of course, there is also a Global Journey ticket sale on Saturday, January 20th at 5pm CET. If you want a guaranteed route, this is the place to go. But expect to pay a lot more.
How do I purchase Tomorrowland tickets?
The first step for Tomorrowland tickets is pre-registration. You will need to add basic contact information and also information about the person purchasing the ticker. Tomorrowland requires that the name on the ticket matches the name of the ticket holder.
When is Tomorrowland pre-registration?
To purchase Tomorrowland tickets, you must first pre-register. Pre-registration is available from 15:15 (3:15 CET) on 5 December 2023 to 20:00 (5:00 CET) on 1 February 2019. You can pre-register for your tickets. Right here.
The first 20 people from any country who register for Tomorrowland can purchase up to 4 Tomorrowland tickets via a dedicated link. No need to register for Global Journey.
How old do I have to be to enter Tomorrowland?
You must be at least 18 years old to attend Tomorrowland. You must present identification at the festival entrance.
How do I purchase Tomorrowland tickets?
There is no guaranteed way to buy tickets to Tomorrowland. It is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets sell out almost immediately. Pre-registering for Tomorrowland does not guarantee tickets. Tomorrowland tickets are sold in two ways: pre-sale and worldwide. Therefore, there are two opportunities to buy tickets.
So how did I buy the tickets 4 times? I make sure to get online at least 20-30 minutes before the scheduled time. I open a few browser windows. I never, ever use third-party websites.
Bonus tip: Let your credit card company know that you are making a purchase overseas. If you go through their system and the payment doesn’t go through, you could lose your ticket.
Tomorrowland Ticket Types
There are several types of Tomorrowland tickets, and I’ll explain them in an easy-to-understand way.
Individual day tickets or single day passes are called Magical Friday, Incredible Saturday and Glorious Sunday respectively and are valid for each day of the festival.
There’s also a “Full Madness Pass” which gives you entry for all three days.
You can also add things like “Pleasure” which gives you access to the festival and two other “Comfort” areas. Think of this as a VIP ticket. And then there’s the Comfort pass, which is the “V” VIP pass. This gives you access to the festival and all the VIP areas.
There are also DreamVille packages. This is your camping. The DreamVille ticket prices vary depending on what you choose. The basic one is called DreamVille Magnificent Greens, and there are also things like Easy Tent, Cabana or Mansions. The prices vary depending on what you choose.
How much are Tomorrowland tickets?
Ticket prices are updated annually (I will update the prices), but for 2024, the tickets are as follows:
- Worldwide advance ticket sales for Full Madness Pass: €365
If for some reason you can’t make it to the festival but still have a ticket, you can return it to Tomorrowland and it will be sold to someone on the waiting list.
Where can I stay in Tomorrowland?
Of course, you can stay at the festival grounds in DreamVille. DreamVille is a good choice if you want easy access to the festival. Hotels tend to be expensive, so it is also one of the cheaper options. If you purchase a DreamVille ticket, admission to the festival is also included. You are allowed to bring food and drinks to the campsite, and there is food on site.
They have nice bathrooms (at least for camping!) and a place to relax, which I think is nice. If you buy a Comfort or Easy DreamVille ticket, they will actually set up your tent for you.
I personally like staying in hotels. I recommend this hotel in Mechelen. This is where I stayed for 4 years! Great breakfast and bus stop right outside the hotel. Plus, it’s a lovely city.
How do I get to Tomorrowland?
There are several ways to get to Tomorrowland. Global Travel One of the best “experience” options, but much more expensive.. The global travel package includes flights to Brussels, Dreamville or nearby hotels, 3-day admission to Tomorrowland and, if required, transportation to the festival site.
I usually buy my flights in January, before they go on sale. That way I can get cheaper flights. Once you get to Belgium, transportation is pretty easy. There are buses and shuttles that go directly to Boom. The bus is usually pretty cheap, and it takes about 30 minutes to get from our favorite hotel in Mechelen to the town of Boom. You can also take a taxi.
The closest airport to Tomorrowland is Brussels Airport (BRU), from which there is a direct shuttle to Dreamville.
What is the theme of Tomorrowland 2024?
The theme of Tomorrowland is LIFE. A new theme is decided every year, and all the various stages are in harmony with the theme. This year is Tomorrowland’s 20th anniversary.
What’s the food like at Tomorrowland?
The food at Tomorrowland is really good. You can find a wide variety of options. There are typical (and delicious) Belgian fries, Asian noodles, sausages, burgers, etc. There are a lot of really delicious options. The prices are also quite reasonable.
How much is Tomorrowland?
Everything is paid for with tokens that can be purchased in advance or at the festival. Tomorrowland is a cashless festival.

Tomorrowland is the perfect time to show your love for your country. Bring your flag or wear your national colors. Summers in Belgium can be hot.

How about going to the festival?
Tomorrowland lives up to its hype. It’s an incredible experience and I highly recommend going at least once! More countries participate in Tomorrowland than the Olympics! It’s a truly unique experience and the perfect way to feel connected. You’ll see the best music, crazy lasers, fireworks and elaborate displays. Tomorrowland goes one step further with this festival. It’s well organized, easy to navigate and safe. Each stage has its own theme with different music and decorations. For example, the stage on the water could have real flowers hanging from the tent. The main stage could have acrobats performing while fire shoots out from various areas.
Every year there is a new theme that tries to surpass the previous year. It is really fun to see what they come up with next.
