This year I walked over 500 miles, including an unforgettable 100+ mile journey along the Cotswold Way in England. Spoiler alert: I actually walked over 130 miles! Training for this trek and developing a new love for walking has been one of the best things I have ever done.
In the process, I lost almost 40 pounds and fell completely in love with walking and the English countryside. It also taught me the value of having the right equipment!
