The next hearing of the International Court of Appeal will be held in Geneva.

Listening

Case ICA-2024-05: Appeal on behalf of the Miko Marczyk team against the decision no. 6 of the Rally Islas Canarias management dated 4 May 2024, which includes the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC)

On 4 May 2024, during the Rally Islas Canarias (Spain) for the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC), the stewards received a report from the FIA Technical Delegate regarding the number 6 car (crew: Miko Martík/Simon Gospodarčik). According to the report, the competitor had used a tyre that was not on the list provided by the registered tyre supplier, thus infringing Article 13.3 of the 2024 FIA Regional Rally Sport Regulations V1A and Article 7.1 of the supplementary regulations. The stewards therefore decided to impose a two-minute time penalty.

On 8 May 2024, the Appellant filed an appeal against the Administrator’s decision with the ICA.
