The Washington Commanders are one of the amazing NFL teams right now.
Led by standout rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, they are 3-1 and in first place in the NFC East.
Daniels has been outstanding so far (107.4 passer rating), and much of the credit goes to offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury.
Former All-Pro defensive lineman JJ Watt, who played at Kingsbury while head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, recently talked about what he accomplished in the Washington offense.
“He is a great person. … Their attack is completely successful. … Jayden Daniels looks phenomenal,” Watt said on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

So far, the Commanders have scored at least 20 points in every game, and have scored 37 points in back-to-back games.
Kingsbury brings experience working with guys like Patrick Mahomes, Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield, Johnny Manziel and Caleb Williams to Washington, and it’s paying off in a big way.
In addition to Daniels, Terry McLaurin, Brian Robinson Jr., Austin Ekeler and Zach Ertz have all contributed significantly to the Commanders offense thus far.
Kingsbury has proven throughout his coaching career that he has a great offensive mind, and that appears to be true in Washington as well.
Next up for the Commanders is the Cleveland Browns, who are struggling to find success.
If Kingsbury, Daniels and the Commanders have a big offense again, they could add to their current winning streak.
