Is Lebron James Actually Left-Handed? The Internet Blows Up (Video)

The Los Angeles Lakers played the Golden State Warriors in a preseason game on Friday night. It is not unusual for star players to play limited minutes in preseason games. Therefore, if you bet on the game, there is a lot of uncertainty about the final outcome, as you do not know whether the game’s biggest players will play. But having said that, I’m still not sure it’s completely normal for star players to leave the bench at halftime, put on a sweatshirt, and come back to the bench with dinner. But that’s exactly what Lebron James did Friday night.

Some Lakers broadcasters and legends have criticized LeBron’s behavior, calling it unprofessional and disrespectful to his teammates. Michael Cooper is one of them.

“I didn’t like it,” Cooper said. Showtime Podcast. “I didn’t like that. Again, he’s LeBron James, but still, you’ve got to respect the game, man. He’s sitting there. I’m fine with him eating, but when you eat in the locker room and then you come out and you’re part of the team, you don’t sit on the end of the bench and eat.”

But then the internet did its thing and fed us conspiracy theories. A fan on Twitter pointed out that Levron ate with his left hand the entire time. But he’s right-handed. The internet had everything from the “stunt double” theory to the theory that Levron was ambidextrous because he ate with his left hand, allowing him to finish at the rim with either hand.

The internet is always looking for ways to take Levrone down a notch. Or maybe it’s assuming that the great Luca D will one day take his number one spot…
