Jade Carey’s Path to Olympic Glory

Competing in the Olympics has been her biggest dream since childhood.
And Jade achieved that goal when she won gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for her floor exercise routine.

Jade Carey’s parents say she has been eating, sleeping and exercising since she was 24 and healthy enough to walk.

“She’s very smart about how she approaches it. I think if she can just do what she always does, she’ll be fine.”
Jade Carey’s parents are divorced, but both are deeply invested in her career.
Her mother couldn’t travel to Tokyo in 2020, but her father was there to support her.
