Josh Duggar Shows Off His Wealth While in Prison: Report

MONews

Josh Duggar will likely remain in prison until 2032.

But he seems to have made the best of the situation and adapted to prison life with surprising ease.

Yesterday we reported that Josh had been photographed in the prison yard, his first public sighting in two years.

The most surprising thing is that he looks healthy and satisfied, and onlookers say he is in a good mood.

Josh’s attitude may have grabbed the most headlines, but there was another aspect of the story that was overlooked.

Josh Duggar has reportedly been putting himself in harm’s way in prison.

In the obtained photo sunJosh wore sunglasses and sneakers.

Obviously, there’s nothing unusual about it.

But according to a new report great! magazineSunglasses and Under Armor sneakers (about $120) could put Josh in danger.

A source tells the outlet that inmates are not allowed to purchase such (expensive by prison standards) items from the commissary.

Attorney Adam Michael Sacks says: great! Inmates who choose to wear name-brand items are “putting themselves at risk because other inmates will want to steal them from you.”

He added, “You need to be aware of that.”

“Sunglasses are a luxury in prison. If you have something good, other prisoners will want it too. You are preparing for a fight.”

Josh’s Special Status

Sacks says Josh’s willingness to show off these items publicly may be an indication that he has some influence in the prison.

The lawyer noted that Josh “seems not to care” about the risks and is just “going around and living his life.”

This isn’t the first sign that Josh may enjoy some sort of special status behind bars.

In September, the so-called ‘Honors’ dormitories were upgraded to more comfortable living spaces.

These privileges are generally only granted to inmates who have not had “disciplinary action within a certain period of time.”

However, Josh was recently reprimanded for possessing cell phones and other contraband.

In general, prison is especially difficult for sex offenders like Josh. But he still seems to be enjoying the benefits of his family’s wealth and fame.
