Indianapolis is gearing up for a double-dip at the pro basketball All-Star Game, and Adam Silver is excited.
The NBA commissioner visited with FanDuel Sports Network broadcasters Chris Denari and Quinn Buckner on Monday night. Indiana Pacers Hosted the New Orleans Pelicans.
Silver spent significant time in Indianapolis earlier this year when the Pacers hosted the NBA All-Star Game. The WNBA All-Star Game will be held in Indy in July.
He left no doubt about the driving force behind his comeback.

“Caitlin Clark set fire to not only this community, but the world,” Silver said of the Indiana Fever star who won Rookie of the Year honors and helped significantly increase WNBA interest. “People are seeing how deep this league is. I joke that this league has been an overnight sensation for 28 years.”
