It was some fist bumps and back pats that would reignite one of the NBA’s most persistent trade rumors. Just before the Washington Wizards and Sacramento Kings began their game here Sunday night, Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma jogged over to a spectator sitting in the first row at center court. They bumped fists, exchanged smiles and patted each other on the back. That interaction wouldn’t normally have raised an eyebrow, but it wasn’t just any casual fan. It was Vivek Ranadivé, the Kings’ owner and chairman. The NBA trade deadline is just two and a half weeks away on February 6th, and Ranadivé’s team has reportedly been interested in Kuzma for years. So that greeting will be linked to a potential deal, right? Probably not. As Kuzma explained to reporters after the Kings defeated the Wizards 123-100, he and Ranadivé recently invested in a new women’s professional sports venture called Major League Volleyball. “It has nothing to do with basketball,” Kuzma said..
