Liam Payne (former) one direction Band member and beloved pop star has died.
He was only 31 years old.
While information continues to come in, the cause of his death is said to be a tragic accident.
And now, the entire music-loving world is mourning one of its brightest stars who was too young.
Liam Payne’s cause of death
Liam was reportedly found dead on Wednesday, October 16th. Liam reportedly died after falling from a hotel balcony while staying in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
That person was staying on the 3rd floor.
la nacionAn Argentine daily reported that before the incident, Hotel Casa Sur staff had called police to report “an aggressive man who may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.”
Alberto Crescenti, provincial emergency medical system director, said:
“We were alerted that there was a person in the inner courtyard of the Casa Sur Hotel. [First responders] Upon arrival, they confirmed the man’s death. I found out later that he was a singer in a musical group. Unfortunately, the fall resulted in life-threatening injuries and his death has now been confirmed. “There was no chance of resuscitation.”
An autopsy report was awaited, but Crescenti noted that Payne “obviously suffered very serious injuries with a skull fracture.”
Liam Payne’s legacy
Liam rose to fame as a member of the pop group One Direction, formed by Simon Cowell. x factor uk Season 7, 2010.
He performed with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn, before leaving the band in 2015, leading to their split.
Liam went on to have a decent solo career. hE released his first solo album ‘LP1’ in 2019. In March 2024, Liam released his LP ‘Teardrops’.
He also had a happy personal life. He had a son with singer Cheryl Cole in 2017. At the time of his death, he was dating Kate Cassidy.
In the star’s final Snapchat post, he looked happy posing in the mirror with a girl in a bikini.
