The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections circulated a disturbing booking photo of Mangione in an orange jumpsuit ahead of his extradition hearing Tuesday.
As we reported Monday, Mangione officially charged The Manhattan DA filed charges of second-degree murder, three counts of criminal possession of a weapon and possession of a forged instrument.

Mangione had left the state, but was arrested Monday at a McDonald’s restaurant in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after an employee recognized him and called police.
Police said they found Mangione with a “ghost gun,” a silencer and a three-page handwritten manifesto criticizing the health care industry, along with fake identification linked to the fatal shooting.
