Real Madrid have reportedly exercised their option to sign UEFA Euro 2024 debutant Joselu from Espanyol but are set to sell him to Qatari side Al Gharafa.
The well-traveled Joselu joined Real Madrid on a surprise loan ahead of the 2023/24 season, scoring 17 goals and providing three assists to earn his place in the Spanish squad for the final.
The Champions League winners are set to sign the 34-year-old for around £1.3m but have also agreed a deal with Algarrafa for the same price, according to transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano.
