Meghan Markle mourns her dog Guy.

Tuesday, January 7th, Meghan Markle Instagram I share this heartbreaking news.

“I’ve cried too many tears to count. The type of tears that make you go into the shower with the absurd hope that the water running down your face will somehow make you feel it or pretend it’s not there.” I wrote it on a new account.

“But yes. That’s okay too,” Meghan declared. “Thank you for all the years of unconditional love, my sweet man. You have filled my life in ways you will never know. As always, Megan.”

As you can see, she shared a lot more than that as she mourned Guy.

“I adopted a beagle from a Canadian dog rescue in 2015,” Meghan Markle recalled.

“He was in a kill shelter in Kentucky and was allowed to live for a few days,” she revealed. “I pounced on him… and fell in love.”

Megan confessed she gave herself the name, writing: “He was so small and frail that they called him ‘the little man.’ So I named him ‘Guy’. And he was the best man any woman could ask for.”

“If you followed me on Instagram back then, you would have seen him a lot,” Meghan wrote to her longtime fans.

“He was with me. full dressWhen I got engaged, then when I got married, and when I became a mom,” she listed. “He was with me through everything: the quiet, the chaos, the serenity and the comfort.”

To some this is just an excuse to hate her (as it always has been)

But not everyone felt entirely sympathetic. no way especially the shaded areas to daily mailone of Britain’s most notorious tabloids, was met with a mixture of sympathy and condemnation.

“no! Oh Megan, my heart goes out to you. I loved you. “I supported you,” the post read at one point.

“But the revealing red carpet dress, wet hairstyle, and lack of elegance made me angry.” Pieces were spit out. “Your new reality-disrupting TV show has left me cold because it’s so full of artifice, sincerity, control, and impossible perfection.”

only As a side note, if you actively dislike someone’s hair because it looks “wet,” there is something wrong. Morally. The good news is that you can choose to become a better person! (It’s free!)

Despite her wet hair (whatever that means) and the audacity to fall in love with Prince Harry, she’s only human. A famous and beautiful woman who has been targeting her for over half a year.

Our hearts go out to Meghan and her family at this time. We have Mamma Mia, another rescue beagle, and Pula, a rescue lab. Grief is never easy, but the grieving process is also a journey of healing.
