festival hosted by BJ Novak Michelin Chef Tim Hollingsworth hosted a one-day-only event at Skylight ROW DTLA in Los Angeles, California, where attendees enjoyed delicious food inspired by their favorite fast food joints.
Think: pizza made with Domino’s signature garlic oil blend, smoked salmon, caviar and dill-whipped mascarpone, country friend steak on hand-baked biscuits with Cracker Barrel’s Dijon cheddar gravy, and the Red Robin Burger made with American Wagyu beef, fried. Cherry Cheesecake flavored shake with pickled jalapenos, caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese, avocado salsa, and Johnny Rockets’ graham cracker nuggets, topped with KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken and truffle sauce.
In between enjoying the tasting experience, guests explored 100,000 outdoor venues filled with interactive games, entertainment and fun surprises.
