Nate Hobbs has been playing cornerback in the NFL for the Las Vegas Raiders since 2021.

In three years, he has already amassed 232 combined tackles, three sacks, two interceptions and 14 passes defended.

Hobbs also expressed his appreciation for his position and the NFL greats who played corner before he joined the league.

Hobbs recently appeared on “The Rush Podcast” with Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby.

During the segment, Hobbs was asked which of the greatest cornerbacks of all time would be on Mount Rushmore.

Hobbs was first to respond with Deion Sanders, Darrelle Revis, Charles Woodson and Champ Bailey.

He then quickly revised the final selection with Rod Woodson.

Since both Charles and Rod spent their careers with the Raiders, it’s not a stretch to believe that Hobbs had Woodson in both.

However, both are in the Hall of Fame and are considered two of the best corners/safeties in NFL history.

Revis was nicknamed “Revis Island” because he had so many shutout corners during his career with four teams (most notably the New York Jets).

Sanders is widely considered to be close to the best cornerback in league history.

“Prime Time”‘s speed, coverage ability, athleticism, and quick wits helped him win two Super Bowls with two different teams.

He also played professional baseball and appeared in the World Series with the Atlanta Braves.

Meanwhile, Hobbs is preparing for his fourth season with a Raiders team hoping to improve on last year’s 8-9 record.
