The Atlanta Falcons spent a lot of money to acquire Kirk Cousins.
They invested heavily in acquiring him from the Minnesota Vikings despite him suffering a season-ending injury.
Cousins had a rather unmemorable game and didn’t look great at all.
I can understand this to some extent, but it still seems like there is reason to be concerned.
According to Diana Rusini of The Athletic, his struggles may have to do with being the offensive play-caller for the first time.
The Falcons have consistently said that Kirk Cousins has no limitations with his Achilles injury.
But his struggling performance against the Steelers made that hard to believe.

After a strong start as the Los Angeles Rams’ passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach, Raheem Morris brought in a new offensive coordinator, Zach Robinson.
There will be some challenges as he grows up.
All of this is part of the learning process.
The Falcons entered this season with high expectations and the motivation to finish atop the NFC South division.
Despite a lackluster start, the Falcons have enough talent on offense to bounce back and get back on track.
Cousins may need more time to show his best, or they may want to give a rookie quarterback a chance to prove his worth.
