A “non-binary” transgender biological male sperm donor has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for selling child pornography on OnlyFans.
A judge has ordered that sex offenders be sent to prisons that can provide “gender-affirming treatment.”
Wyatt Christopher Maxwell, also known as “Louis Whittaker,” 25, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Mexico for allegedly living under a false name.
According to press release “The Overland Park, Kansas Police Department received information through a Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers tip in February 2021 that Maxwell was producing child pornography with a 16-year-old victim in Overland Park,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. Maxwell reportedly uploaded the child pornography to various online accounts. The child victim told investigators that Maxwell had been recording sexually explicit videos of the two of them for months. Some of the recordings were made at Maxwell’s home and some were made in a nearby park.”
“Law enforcement interviewed Maxwell on February 3, 2021. Maxwell confirmed that he uploaded videos to his accounts on OnlyFans and JustForFans, and Maxwell estimated that he earned between $3,000 and $10,000 per month from subscribers.” The press release continued: “Maxwell admitted to making approximately 20 videos of him engaging in some form of sexual activity with child victims. The video was uploaded to Maxwell’s OnlyFans and JustForFans accounts.”
Investigators discovered 39 child pornography videos downloaded to Maxwell’s cell phone, 96 child pornography videos involving child victims, and 24 child pornography images involving child victims.
“Investigators identified payments totaling $49,151 from Maxwell’s OnlyFans account and $2,954 total from Maxwell’s JustForFans account,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. “153 videos were uploaded to the JustForFans account, 16 of which depicted sexual acts involving child victims.”
According to a report by ReduxxMaxwell was a sperm donor who boasted that he had “contributed to the fertilization of 15 eggs.”

Maxwell began performing regularly at the TripAdvisor award-winning Act2PV Theater and Bar in Puerto Vallarta, focusing primarily on performing Broadway classics originally written for female singers, according to reviews. His performances were primarily aimed at a gay male audience, and he regularly hosted gay-friendly brunches and shows.
While still under investigation by U.S. police, Maxwell boasted that she was busy in Puerto Vallarta with “shows, gym, Spanish classes, brunches, family, friends and events.” While in the city, he also started a Pride-themed popsicle business called “Dicksicles,” which sold ice cream shaped like penises, and “XXX Sushi Dinner,” where sushi was served on the naked bodies of men.
Maxwell also boasted that, as a sperm donor, he helped fertilize 15 eggs.
Maxwell was additionally ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and register as a sex offender upon his release from prison.
