The Kansas City Chiefs continued their perfect season with a hard-fought 27-20 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

Patrick Mahomes delivered another masterclass, connecting on 27 of 38 passes for 262 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

Travis Kelce proved once again why he is Mahomes’ most trusted target by hauling in 10 catches for 90 yards and finding the end zone.

The Chiefs’ offensive arsenal was on full display as Kareem Hunt ran for a rushing touchdown and Xavier Worthy added a receiving score of his own.

In a highlight moment just before halftime, Mahomes connected with offseason acquisition DeAndre Hopkins for a decisive 16-yard gain.

Its completion was not just another play, but a historical milestone.

According to B/R Gridiron, Mahomes became the fastest player in NFL history to reach 30,000 passing yards, surpassing Matthew Stafford’s previous record of 109 games.

With this win, Kansas City improved to 7-0 and became the NFL’s only undefeated team in 2024.

This is a surprising turnaround compared to last year’s Christmas setback against the same Raiders.

Afterwards, the Chiefs went on a 13-game winning streak.

While Mahomes continues to set records, his attention is still focused on the bigger prize: winning an unprecedented three Super Bowls.

The road ahead will present tremendous challenges, starting next week at Tampa Bay and including a key matchup against the Buffalo Bills in November.

But for now, the Chiefs juggernaut shows no signs of slowing down.
