Trump has taken the lead over Biden in Pennsylvania, according to a new poll from Marist.
Once again, Pennsylvania will play a major role in the election. Democrats view the state as a Biden must-win, but Trump won the state in 2016 and could certainly win it again in 2024.
If Biden loses here in November, his path to the Electoral College vote will surely narrow to 270 votes.

Poll: Trump leads Biden in key swing state of Pennsylvania.
According to a recent Marist poll, former President Donald Trump is beating President Joe Biden in Pennsylvania, a key swing state.
The survey, conducted June 3-6, 2024, after a Manhattan jury controversially found Trump guilty in his business records trial, found Trump leading Biden by 2 points in the Keystone State. . Former President Biden received the support of 45%, and former President Biden received the support of 47%.
Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. came in third with 3% of the vote, followed by Green Party candidate Jill Stein with 1% and Cornel West with 1%. 1%, and Libertarian candidate Chase Oliver had less than 1%. The remaining 2% are yet to be determined.
The survey also found that Trump leads Biden at 40% among Pennsylvania’s independent voters, with 42% supporting him. Among independent voters, 8% supported Kennedy, followed by 3% for West and 3% for Stein.
The Marist Poll noted that Biden had an 8-point lead among independents in the Keystone State in 2020.

The Trump campaign would be very wise to continue visiting these blue cities. I can’t see Biden going into heavily red territory.
