This is a tomato source recipe when you made it at home. Pomodoro source simply means tomato sauce in Italian. It is a very fresh and tasty simple recipe. You can also easily customize your preference, such as keeping this source recipe traditionally or adding other ingredients that fit red peppers or your family.
Pomodoro sources are different from Marinara sources in some ways, but the biggest difference is the texture. This source has a more uniform texture, but Mari Nara tends to be more heart or chunkier.

- Peeled ripe tomatoes -I love to use fresh tomatoes. You can also use canned tomatoes.
- butter -Use the butter that is kept in your hand.
- olive oil -Axtra Bezin Olive Oil.
- onion -Molite white onion.
- garlic -Sol chopped garlic cloves.
- basil -New leafy leaves are essential.
- Salt and pepper -We use pepper for cosher salt and fresh surface.
I like this sauce in almost all noodles, and even parmetic cheese can learn how to make fresh pasta at home.

In a large or medium pot, fry the minced onions and chopped garlic for 3-4 minutes in the middle column. Season with small salt and pepper. Garlic is very fragrant, the onions are soft and brown.
Move this mixture to a blender and add tomato cans (full contents including juice). Add basil leaves. Mix it until it becomes smooth.
Move the sauce back to the pot and boil in medium heat for 20 minutes. This thickens the sauce and deeply tastes it. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.
Provide the stomach with cooked noodles and pamasan cheese.
This will create about 5 cups of source, so in my house, this recipe can be used for two meals, and the second placement can be saved for at least 5 days in the airtight container of the refrigerator.


Tip and additional
- Like recipes with little ingredients, the quality of the ingredient is important. If possible, use the San Marzano tomato.
- If desired, including parsley, thyme or sealant, add more herbs beyond basil.
- I like this sauce to put small pieces of red pepper or cayenne for heat.
