Primary Wave has acquired publishing and other rights to the entire catalog of ‘Feels So Good’ songwriter Chuck Mangione.

Acquisition music company Primary Wave has acquired publishing rights to the complete catalog of legendary hit jazz artist, flugelhornist and composer Chuck Mangione. It’s so good.

The deal also includes Mangione’s writer’s equity, artist royalties and neighboring rights, Primary Wave said in a statement Thursday (Aug. 22).

The deal was not disclosed, but it includes Mangione access to Primary Wave’s marketing team and publishing infrastructure, and is expected to work with the company to discuss new marketing, branding, and synchronization opportunities, as well as film and TV rights.
